Ha! $0.03? That's crazy. I can't imagine getting a check for three cents and then taking it to the bank to deposit. They spent more money on mailing the refund than the refund actually cost!

This is the same company that over-charged me by 3 cents and then canceled the ensuing refund check after I'd thrown it into the trash several months earlier (would you fill out a deposit slip for 3 cents?)

But wait! It gets better. Along with the notice to inform me that the check had been canceled was a sparkling new check for $0.03! Maybe I'll add this one to my vacation fund.

Doesn't surprise me one bit, I use to work for AT&T and their billing was (and looks like still is) horrible.

This has got to be something that AT&T will fix. Their billing costs are going to be insane if they are sending people 50 pages of info every month.

Heh, seems ridiculous that they just wouldn't put a daily log of bandwidth and cost - doing it per transfer is stupid, are they going to start listing the individua packets next? The whole thing makes the "slick, simple, modern" iPhone look a little dated to be honest - my phone bill is cooler than that and I'm on pay as you go on a phone that can't even render images.
