Why does it suck Lewis? Wanted to find out your thoughts before I install it.

I am really surprised that you didn’t like the new version Lewis! I installed it after having been disappointed with the previous versions, but now I’m using Pidgin 2 all the way.

Of course, it did take some tinkering to get it to my liking. They include a bunch of the plugins which makes using it a lot nicer, so I would recommend to anyone trying out Pidgin to play with some of the plugins to see which ones are right for you.

I like it a lot. I use only msn and yahoo on it, so the new icons n stuff look good to me.

Looks really good, I am glad that they updated the aging UI. Also the whole package is very good, especially the new way it handles Away messages and stuff like that.

Oh BTW the site is back up and running it was down because they were making a new design for it.

I was able to get to their main website. However, the download just directs you to the sourceforge site.

Unfortunately… it sucks It lasted a whole 6 minutes before I downgraded again.
