Huh, that’s pretty cool. I figured something like this had to exist though since RapidShare is such a popular site.

Use jdownloader – it reads the captchas automagically, and it evens reconnects your router in order to get a new ip address and download all over again

If Rapidshare changes its captchas, either wait for a update of jdownloader, or just tell jdownloader to wait till next happy hour, where there are no captchas.
