Mac-Style Mission Control on Windows

I figured at some point there would be a developer that would clone the Mission Control interface on the Mac and bring it to Windows users. It appears that Mission Control / Expose Clone W7 is exactly that project, and while it's just starting to get off the ground I have to admit that it's looking pretty good.

Change Alt+Tab Thumbnail Size in Windows 7

When Microsoft released Windows Vista they had a lot of great innovations in it despite the constant complaints people had with the OS. One of the best things that came out of Vista is Aero, which is what powers the Flip 3D (Windows Key + Tab), the Taskbar thumbnails, the blurred border around all the windows, the thumbnails used in Alt+Tab, and more.
