There have been great inventors over time who've come up with some pretty amazing inventions.  Topping the list would be modern plumbing, the printing press, the telephone, computers, automobiles, and more.  Each of those inventions will go down in history as truly changing the way we live as a society.  While there may be list upon list of influential inventions, today's Fun Friday takes a look at those that probably won't be remembered 50 years from now.

Whether you're the one doing the prank on someone else, or the one on the receiving end, the end result is usually a few laughs.

Back in November, a Funny Friday feature we wrote about was "Dumb Laws from Around the U.S." It included a list of some crazy and funny laws from each state in the United States that made you say to yourself "hmm....

Canstruction is about two major things: construction and charity. It's a design/build competition where engineers, architects and others come together to construct structures made entirely from cans of food. That's right, all of the images you see below are creations made from cans of food-- full cans of food.

Are you a geek? You might be if...

I think it's safe to say that many of you who are reading this right now consider yourself a geek and you couldn't be more proud. Today we're asking what kind of geek are you, and I think Scott Johnson's 56 Geeks Project will help you answer that question.  He designed all of these geeks after a sketch or two inspired him to come up with as many geeky stereotypes as he could.

Without a doubt, The Big Bang Theory is my new favorite sitcom this season. It's one of those shows where you'll catch yourself literally laughing out loud. You could say the 30 minute show definitely has quite the entertainment value. The show is centered around two geeks in their 20's who are both physicists and both hold PhD's.

Oliver Rist, an editor at PC Magazine, decided to take a new perspective on the who Vista sucks theme going around. Normally I just pass right by these articles, but his really caught my attention by saying that Leopard is the New Vista. The article, to say the least, is hilarious. You know how when you get a pocket PC or a tablet PC, you have to start out by touching different points on the screen using the stylus to calibrate it? Mice are no different! From time to time you need to calibrate them so that they will work correctly. Using this ten second process, you'll have a fully calibrated mouse without needing any software.
