After Steve Jobs wowed the crowed at Macworld in January by introducing the iPhone, he had some serious business to take care! The problem? Cisco had the name iPhone trademarked years ago, which left Apple dealing with a trademark-infringement lawsuit which was filed in federal court shortly after the Macworld announcement.
