One of the big complaints many people have always had with cell-phone providers over the years is that they like to charge on both ends, meaning they charge you for outgoing and incoming calls. Now we know not all providers do this because some do offer free incoming calls, but a majority of the providers out there, at least the ones we know of,

We've seen Google Street View take some images before that obviously invade on the privacy of individuals, but it looks like they are at it again! Google is actually in the middle of a lawsuit started by a Pittsburgh couple who noticed that their house had made its way onto Google Street View. No problem, right? I mean there

If you were to take your computer to a repair shop and they ended up losing it, what would you say is fair compensation? I'd say at least the amount it cost to purchase the laptop in the first place, and then maybe a little extra to cover the hassle and time it took to get it replaced would be fair. One

If you've been into a Best Buy store over the last several months, you may have noticed a disclosure displayed across their Kiosks warning that what's displayed are in-store prices which could be different from Internet prices. The addition of this banner across the screen was likely a direct result of a lawsuit that was filed back in May accusing Best Buy of deceiving their customers with a bait-and-switch scheme using their in-store Intranet.

A Ridiculous $5 Billion Lawsuit Against Google

This has to be one of the furthest fetched lawsuits that I've ever seen. Dylan Jayne is suing Google for having a company name that is similar to his Social Security Number (SSN), well, with the help of the Philadelphia 76er's that is. Jayne claims that flipping his SSN number upside down, and scrambling it around leaves him with
