Wireless Carriers Sued Over Text Messages

One of the big complaints many people have always had with cell-phone providers over the years is that they like to charge on both ends, meaning they charge you for outgoing and incoming calls. Now we know not all providers do this because some do offer free incoming calls, but a majority of the providers out there, at least the ones we know of, still do this.

Google Street View Traversing Driveways

We've seen Google Street View take some images before that obviously invade on the privacy of individuals, but it looks like they are at it again! Google is actually in the middle of a lawsuit started by a Pittsburgh couple who noticed that their house had made its way onto Google Street View.

Best Buy Loses Computer, Woman Files $54 Million Lawsuit

If you were to take your computer to a repair shop and they ended up losing it, what would you say is fair compensation? Get a Small Refund for your Seagate Hard Drive

It looks as though Seagate has dug themselves a small hole, and is having a hard time getting out of it. A Ridiculous $5 Billion Lawsuit Against Google

Dylan Jayne is suing Google for having a company name that is similar to his Social Security Number (SSN), well, with the help of the Philadelphia 76er's that is. Jayne claims that flipping his SSN number upside down, and scrambling it around leaves him with a disturbing result that could possibly endanger his identity.

Bloggers Win, Apple Losses… $700,000

Bloggers are waving the victory flag after a California Court placed Apple responsible for paying all legal fees that resulted from a lawsuit which they issued. This brings up First Amendment rights among other things, but also brings to light the fact that bloggers have the same rights as journalists.
