There is a new Google Reader available for Wii users that will make reading your news even easier. To access the Wii version just go to http://www.google.com/reader/wii and you’ll see something similar to the screenshot above.
As you can imagine, Nintendo is doing pretty good for themselves after the huge success of the Wii. There’s no doubt that their future continues to look bright as the Wii is still hard to find, and the demand is definitely going strong.
Nintendo just announced that the Internet Channel browser (powered by Opera) has reached its final form. This browser is optimized for the Wii and contains several improvements over the last Beta release, including better search support for Yahoo! and Google.

February sales numbers are in, and according to NPD, a Market Research Firm, the Wii out-sold any other game console. And so far, they’re right on track to out-ship and out-sell both the Xbox 360 and the PS3 in 2007 as the International Data Corporation originally predicted.

For 53% of you, it's been a thing of the past for at least five years! In second place with 22% of the votes was the response, "it's been a few years," and third place was "during the last year" with 8 percent of the votes.
Sony originally forecasted that 400,000 PlayStation 3 consoles would be sold on launch day. Launch day came and went, and not even half of the projected amount were sold.
I am still stuck in the days of the original Xbox but one thing that I have noticed over time is that in-game advertising has been increasing. I have never really paid attention to these ads because that is not where my focus is supposed to be.

It has almost been a week and it looks like the sales of PS3's and Wii's have dwindled down a bit on eBay. I have seen some of the Playstation 3's go for as low as $850 which is just a few hundred above the actual cost of the system. That's not that bad considering the fact that the "real" sales on eBay were previously going for around $3000.
So the Playstation 3 gaming machine is finally out! Millions of people have stood outside stores and malls for hours upon hours just to be one of the first to get their hands on the $600 PS3. From the looks of it there are around 8,000 of those people who didn't even buy the system for themselves!

Ben Heckendorn who created a portable 8-bit Nintendo console has improved the original 1.0 to be a bit more compact and smaller than the first! Of course it still has to be big enough to fit the oversized NES cartridges (you may even have to blow into them-- they are getting old!). It requires 4 AA's that are said to last a while, and also includes a head phone jack.
Nintendo had the big DS Lite Launch Party this morning at the Nintendo World Store in the Rockefeller Center. The line piled up because the first 100 buyers got a free copy of Brain Age and a carrying case.
