Stuff magazine originally wrote about this rumor and gave it a 53% probability rating. Below is an image from the magazine that speculates how in security mode, the AIBOS PS would awaken if it heard a sound or sensed motion.
I'm still sticking with "I'll believe it when I see it" when it comes to Google's rumored Gdrive (a.k.a. Platypus) service, but my guess is that it actually is coming sooner rather than later.

I don't think that anyone would argue that getting used to Microsoft Office 2007's new interface takes some time. I've been using Beta 2 for what seems like forever (probably about 8 months in reality) and I finally feel comfortable being able to find the commands that used to reside on toolbars and menus in previous versions of Office.

There are some thoughts going around the Web that a version of Safari is going to be made for Microsoft Windows. Mary Jo Foley noticed in the Firefox Product Planning Guide (yes, I said Firefox) that there was some "speculation" of Apple releasing a version of Safari for Windows.
CES is off and running with Bill Gates as a keynote speaker kicking things off. It's a big CES for Microsoft, with the Windows Vista launch in less than a month. His keynote was entitled 'Connected Experiences' in which Gates talked about what a connected lifestyle might look like, and a vision for this in the not so far future.
I haven't heard much about the next version of Windows Mobile but Gizmodo found out about this site who had a few screenshots of the new mobile operating system. It looks pretty slick from the few screenshots that were available and it is obvious that they were aiming for a Windows Vista look and feel.
