Google Search History now Web History – Beefed Up Bookmarking

Google has quietly made a big change to their search history feature.  It’s now been renamed to “Web History,” a revamped personalized search.  The biggest difference is that it keeps a history of every site you’ve gone to, not just the Google Searches you’ve done.

Aftervote (Formerly Younanimous) Customizes Your Search Experience

Less than a month ago I wrote about a new meta search engine called Younanimous that aggregated search results from Google, Yahoo!, and MSN. With each search result it would list the position on each particular search engine as well as the PageRank and Alexa Rank.

Google Images: Out with the New, In with the Old

Google Adds Some Ajax to their Search

This is actually "old" news, but worth pointing out.  Back in December, Google added their first bit of Ajax to their search.  Although it's been around for a couple of months, it took Read/Write Web pointing it out before I even noticed it.  Sometimes these new features blend right in, and it takes pointing it out before you notice it.
