That would be one of the coolest things around and I would buy it. Also it wouldnt be that hard to make an ipod watch. You first would just have to sacrifice the bluetooth headphones for something a little more logical until the bluetooth becomes more 'battery friendly'. I personaly would love to just take the ipod nano and put a rubber strap on it. I would call it done. I was thinking the same thing about the Iphone not too long ago.
