dpotts wrote:

Is it just me or does it seem like that start page loads remotely (instead of including the files in the program)? I've noticed I can't get back to the start page if I don't have a connection and sometimes it's shown a Firefox style error page.

I disconnected from the Internet and it still worked, so I don't think that is the case. When I also looked at the history for the back button I noticed that it calls the page null:null which probably isn't something that can be retrieved from the Internet.

Hmmm, I'm not sure if I understand what window that is?

I still have yet to understand the point of the chopper at the top of the Mozilla Add-ons site. Everytime I see it I ask myself "why?" but never seem to come up with an answer. They could have put something like a shopping cart up there and I think I would be just as perplexed.

a damn shame.
unfortunately this adds up to a bunch of strange moves by mozilla.
although the missing tabs might be due to a missing developer, the others, i beleive, are not:
1. the motorcycle (or is it a chopper?) at the top of of mozilla Add-on site.
2. the removal of the Find as you type buttons (hopefully it won't b the same for thunderbird).
3. the removal of clear cache buttons in FF2 betas.

but at least will get a new thunderbird soon :-)
thunderbird r go!
