hello im 4get to tells u what is problem that i have,yes my computer in 32bit,about my first email its show safe mode n start window normally so when i choosed start window normally its show error recovery again n again,its same when i choosed safe mode.

note:sory if my my words doesnt right,actually im 4m malaysia,i just know 2 speak in malay…i hope u will reply..

i cant access my window vista after i used software called REWIN,when i want to log in my computer its showing error recovery
1.insert your window installation disc n restart your computer
2.choose your language setting n click next
3.its will repair your computer after your restart computer
what will i do?

Hi. Yes, it is only for 32-bit version. I believe they said they were working on a 64-bit version, but not sure if it’s available. Regards, Dave

Hi. The rescue disc does not prompt you for a product key. You are doing something wrong. Google for the error code and give us a better idea of what it means in normal language.

I forgot my administrator user name and password, so cannot start my computer. (I have a memory problem…wrote the name and pw down; can’t find paper. I did not get a installation disc with my windows vista home notebook computer.
How can I reinstall Windows Vista?

Thanks to this great forum, my problem started when i try to burn my set of Recovery Disc from my 7 months old HP 530 laptop operating on Windows Vista 32bits. The process of the burning crashed along the line but not knowing to me because i thought the set of the Backup and Recovery CD is just only one DVD CD since the process stop on one DVD CD but later got it that it should be two DVD CDs. Foolish me, I was rest assured that I have the Backup and Recovery CD with me until that very ill-fitted day that I tried to recover my laptop. Along the process, when it got to where there is REINSTALLING THE ORIGINAL CONTENTS in the Recovery Manager screen, my computer just show ''ERROR 0×800600301 IF PROBLEM CONTINUES, CONTACT THE HP CUSTOMER SERVICE''. The next option it gave me is to click OK or CANCEL. Of which if I did , It reboots and stop at the first black screen that usually show: PRESS F11 FOR EMERGENCY RECOVERY. Of which if I did not press the F11 button, It shows: ''BOOTMG FILE MISSING'', ''PRESS CRTL+ALT+DEL TO REBOOT'' and it will be going through this loop throughout. And to my HOPELESS burnt Backup and Recovery DVD CD, is as empty as blank CD and as useless as garbage. Please, can this your Recovery CD solve my problem???, if it will really does, I will be the luckiest and happiest man in this world. Looking forward to hearing from you because my hope lies in your hands. Don't you think so??? Thanks once more......lol
