I looked around but couldnâ€™t find the wallpaper anywhere. I came close though because it was the second image in this search ( click here for the search ).

I think 2008 is a reasonable date because there are a lot of things that Microsoft had to cut out of the release to make the current launch date. Just because they cut them out, though, doesn't mean that they didn't continue working on them.

I don’t think, tell release it by 2008. When XP was launched, MS said the SP1 would comeout within a year, but it didn’t happen.

Oh and btw, it’s nice to speculate on the next versions of Windows, but considering on how much changed (i.e. was dropped) from Vista, it’s a huge guessing game. The concept art I saw for Vista looked stunning, ground-breaking, next-gen stuff. What Vista actually *is*…well, quite different.
