Nah, I’m not looking to make money off of the polls but I am just looking to have some fun with them. Vizu is nice but not right for our site.

Yep, you're site was one of the many I saw it on. I didn't realize that they pay on a CPM basis which means it doesn't matter if someone had voted for the same poll on another site. Thanks for the info.

I think my site is one of the ones where you spotted a vizu poll running.

I’ve been running my poll for around a month and I have no complaints apart from one stupid poll about Christmas trees! I wouldn’t say it is making me a fortune, but it is now outperforming my adsense unit in the sidebar, because I get paid on a CPM basis not CPC, with all the traffic staying within my site.

I agree it’d be nice to be able to run my own polls, but the extra cash will come in handy over Christmas!

I’m not sure how long it will work. Maybe actually shift to Democracy so I can run my own polls.

Yeah, it is definitely an interesting way to make money but they don’t reveal on the poll what company it is for. I was curious if Apple was the one running the iTunes poll or if it was another company.

I’ll have to check this out… Tho I doubt you can make very much from it unless you have a lot of traffic everyday…
