All the tools are from GuiStuff.com, just included/embedded in FreeLayouts.com (which for me make not so great this site). So I invite all of you to take a look at this really great site: GuiStuff.com. You will find there templates in PSD, and also the tools. But be carefull with those tools (FreeLayouts or GuiStuff, since are the same): are old and some are not working fine with all browsers. No update to those tools for 1-2 years. Too bad.
