I'm more concerned about quality - and I've had them print out 16x20 pictures that look stunning. 8x10 photos I've had done from Shutterfly - colors didn't match and the resolution was not that good - and this was from the same file that I sent to Kodak (for an 8x10). I don't know what the size limits are for other services, but Kodak will let you upload just about any file size. I've sent a 30MB file to them before. I use Kodak (formerly ophoto).
