		<description>Anyone can set Firefox as their default browser in Vista as long as they run Firefox as an administrator. Otherwise you can click &quot;Yes&quot; to setting Firefox as the default browser when it prompts you and you&#039;ll think that it worked, but it will silently fail since the application doesn&#039;t have permission to change the default browser. What it should (and will) do is prompt the user for permission to change the default browser when the user clicks &quot;Yes&quot;.</description>
