After all, their Google Apps for your Domain service has 24-hour phone support in case you need it (for the people who pay for it). I worked for a similar company that gave away so many nice perks, but they don't do that for "free". They expect something in return, i.e. to be there for important dates, schedules etc. I remember when a product was trying to be finished for an important ship date...man, over Christmas the programmers had to literally sleep in their offices for 4-5 days straight to get it done. Perks are nice but I don't wanna work myself to death for gourmet meals. As long as they don’t slave you to death.
