I got the option to install shortcuts to eBay but didn't have to wait 30 seconds... that's just nasty. On the install, if you uncheck the "Install Bing Toolbar", you must wait 30 seconds before being able to continue installing - a punishment for not installing revenue-ware. I finally got it running and found that Unlocker phones home every time you use it. Strongly pushing Bing, phone home -- no thanks. WhoLockMe stopped working on my system so I tried Unlocker.
