Very soon Microsoft will be making Windows Vista Beta 2 publicly available. The build will be the same as the Technical Preview that was just released about two-weeks ago and has the build number 5384.4!
The download links below will tell you that you do not have access to the downloads. However, they will be enabled later today so keep an eye on the links.
