Just a response to the comment about games - with Google being about technology and its ability to assist in daily life, or work quietly in the background of our daily life (eg. music streaming) its unlikely they'd award prizes to a game - whilst they're important people will always do games for stuff and it doesn't need encouraging as much as useful well designed free software.
