Personally I installed the leaked TV Pack when my new Dell Studio 15 (thanks for prior article, Ryan) didn’t come with it. So far I’ve had no problems w/ it. I got an ATSC HD tuner that fits in the expresscard slot. I was amazed when I read Vista Media Center SP1 didn’t support ATSC subchannels. Well, now I’ve got the TV Pack and a total of 18 free OTA channels (including subchannels), with High Definition and DVR. Pretty awesome for one time fee $50 added on the PC’s cost.

I would recommend downing the leaked pack for those who would benefit from its features (but of course use at your own risk).

Ha… I want to be a Microsoft Windows Guru! Sounds like they are prepping for a retail chain of stores that are designed to help users fix problems on their computer.

IMHO, they are currently feeling the pinch from Linux, Google and Apple combined. So far, they haven’t been able to decipher the “Cloud Computing” business model. They are still clinging desperately to the old desktop model (i.e., Windows and Microsoft Office).

Arrogance has metamorphosed into humbleness.
