		<description>I had a major problem downloading XP SP3 update. Things went along find until the very last step of install, then an error window popped up and it said that I was missing two files, and everything froze. I couldn&#039;t get out of the error message....I had to finaly shut the computer down. When I turned it back on, it when through a file search, then after that it started a restore procedure, once that was done it went through a second step of the restore procedure, then it went through an update uninstall. Finally after about an hour I was up and running. I have no idea what files it was referring to, or where to find them, but it was not a good experience.</description>
