Yahoo’s Trip Planner which was launched as a beta in October will be adding some new features. Yahoo Travel is a tool that wil let you save hotels, restaurants, attractions, and whatever else you’d need for your trip into a customized travel guide. It allows you to add in your comments and bookmarks from other sites to either print off to bring with you on your trip, or to be accessed while on your trip via the internet!
Yahoo is expected to introduce new features today that would give users the chance to create a travel journal that they would be able to share with others. It will also have a feature that allows others to see what trips people have planned on an interactive map. Yahoo Planner will be integrated into the main Yahoo search site. Users will be able to type a destination and the word “trips” to get travel information.
