It just diappeared off my desktop. The told me to delete it from my pc and redownload it. I did everything the said and it says that I still already have it my system butt there no sign of it . I had bought some songs to burn and I still have untill nov. 22 before renewal. There nothing they can do they say just don't renew they say. What about my money ? They don't know.
