Yahoo! is rolling out this update (very) slowly, in fact only two farms have it now. Luckily for you, this hack will let you get it RIGHT NOW, regardless of farm. Note: this hack even works for AT&T and other ISP users

The online chat archive is pretty nice with Google, and I’m sure Yahoo will follow soon enough. Companies are trying to bring as much data from a user’s computer onto the Internet, and Yahoo is among the top ones leading the way. I can’t imagine they would overlook this feature.

I use the chat in Gmail all the time, and I like it. What’s different about this Yahoo version is that it opens in tabs at the top, which I think I might prefer to the little “pop-up” in Gmail. Either way, I think it’s a nice addition and an extra added convenience.
