I think that in the future they will act in the way; take down on every request.

I'm sure they will...after all, it is better to be safe than sorry. Google, I'm sure, has learned a lot from their run in with Viacom and they will do whatever possible to prevent anything like that from happening again.

I think they were just doing it to prove a point: YouTube will do whatever possible to prevent another round of lawsuits.

I have no clue why a 15 year old would want the Chaser removed anyways…unless he was working on behalf of the Australian Government, who are often parodied on the show and made to look like the corrupt morons they are.

The law (DMCA) provides a way to challenge the take down request. If someone feels that they have been false accused then they can file an appeal.
